Processing times

·         StepCraft shipping hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm PST (Monday – Friday)

·         All StepCraft orders are shipped via UPS from Blaine, WA.

·         Orders are processed within three business days.

·         Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Allow extra time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Delivery delays can sometimes occur and additional days may be required for delivery.

All orders include tracking numbers. Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment. StepCraft cannot provide additional tracking information or details.
