WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

All exchanges/refunds must occur within 60 days of the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, please visit https://account.stepcraft.com. You’ll need the email address you previously provided during checkout to begin a return.

To initiate an exchange, please visit https://www.stepcraft.com/contact. Complete and submit the form, indicating “exchange” in the subject or body of the message. Our Customer Care Team will typically email you within one business day to begin the exchange process.

If you purchased directly from StepCraft.com, and cannot utilize the methods outlined above, please contact StepCraft at 360-543-7272 or at customercare@stepcraft.com to process your return or exchange.

All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

If you purchased your insoles somewhere other than StepCraft.com please take your receipt and your insoles back to the original place of purchase for an exchange/refund. All exchanges/refunds must occur within 60 days of your original purchase date. If you need further help, email us at customercare@stepcraft.com.

I ALREADY TRIMMED MY STEPCRAFT INSOLES. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THEM?

Yes. Trimming is sometimes required to achieve the best fit and does not prevent returns or exchanges.

IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE OR FREIGHT CHARGE WHEN RETURNING PRODUCT?

We do not charge a restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the insoles back to StepCraft if it is required. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

Please call Customer Care at 1-800-634-6618 between 6:30am-4:30pm PST, Monday-Friday or contact us via email at Customer Care at customercare@superfeet.com. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

StepCraft ships exclusively via UPS. Insoles being returned or exchanged can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A PO BOX?

No. The only carrier that will accept a PO Box delivery is the United States Postal Service and StepCraft ships exclusively via UPS.
